We want you to love your Rothy’s, which is why we offer free shipping on returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like to receive a full refund to your original payment method or exchange your item for a different size or color.

  Print Label or Use QR Code

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, or opt for a printer-less return by bringing your QR code to a designated Happy Returns bar.

  Send It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 7-10 business days.
